Team Expansion in Aviation Law
The Frankfurt office has welcomed two new team members: Daniel Rueda from Colombia and En-Chie Lee from Taiwan. Both attorneys specialize in aviation law and have quickly become valuable contributors to our expanding international team.

New Clients in the Aviation Sector
We’re excited to report the acquisition of four new airline clients—two of which are already active engagements, while two more are in the onboarding phase. Although confidentiality precludes us from sharing their names at this time, we anticipate making formal announcements in the near future.

Additionally, the team is in early-stage discussions with a major East Asian carrier. While the agreement is not yet signed, this potential engagement marks another step forward in strengthening our aviation law practice globally.

🇭🇺 Hungary

Aliant-Menyhei-Molnár-B. Szabó Law Office

Dr. Gábor B. Szabó at Art is Business – “The Legacy of Family-Owned Art Collections”
On 27 May, Dr. Gábor B. Szabó represented the Budapest office at the latest “Connections” event by Art is Business. The discussion focused on the transmission of private art collections—a topic that blends legal, emotional, and cultural considerations.

Key insights from Dr. Szabó’s panel include:

  • Inheriting art collections is a complex matter involving family law, succession planning, taxation, and cultural responsibility.

  • Strategic legal tools such as foundations and family constitutions are vital for preserving these collections over generations.

  • Art collections should be treated not only as physical assets, but as carriers of family legacy and values.

  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration between legal, cultural, and financial professionals is essential to the long-term sustainability of these collections.
