Day 1: Arrivals

7:30 pm | Welcome Dinner at Dar Rhizlane
Enjoy a welcome dinner at Dar Rhizlane, located in the Hivernage District. Set within a private palace garden filled with roses, candles, and water features, the atmosphere is elegant, refined, and distinctly Moroccan.
The menu features high-end traditional Moroccan cuisine, including specialties such as Pigeon Pastilla and Royal Couscous.
Day 2: The Insider’s Medina
9:15 am | Meet in Hotel Lobby
Meet in the hotel lobby at 9:15 am for a prompt 9:30 am departure.
9:30 am – 11:30 pm | The Hidden Secrets Orientation Walk
The guided walking experience begins directly from the hotel.
Private guides will lead small groups through the Medina and the souks. You will visit the Fernatchi, the underground furnaces that heat the hammams, as well as communal bread ovens, offering insight into the daily life in Marrakech.
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm | Lunch at L’Mida
Lunch at L’Mida, a rooftop restaurant in the Medina known for its modern Moroccan cuisine and contemporary design. The setting offers a relaxed and refined atmosphere.
3:30 pm – 5:30 pm | Afternoon Activity Options
Take part in the experience you previously selected.

A traditional Moroccan wellness ritual designed for relaxation and rejuvenation at one of Marrakech’s best hammams. - YSL Museum Guided Visit
A curated cultural experience exploring the legacy of Yves Saint Laurent and his connection to Marrakech.
6:45 pm | Meet in Hotel Lobby
Meet in the hotel lobby at 6:45 pm for a (you guessed it – prompt) 7:00 pm departure.
7:30 pm | Dinner at Dar Zellij
Dine at Dar Zellij, located in the Sidi Benslimane district. Set within a beautifully preserved 17th century riad featuring original painted cedar ceilings, the venue offers a quiet and atmospheric dining experience.
Day 3: Active Atlas & Adventure Night
9:45 am | Meet in Hotel Lobby
Meet in the hotel lobby at 9:45 am for a 10:00 am departure. Private transportation will be provided for the journey to Ourika Valley in the Atlas Mountains, with an approximate travel time of one hour.
11:00 am – 1:00 pm | Active Atlas Experience at Kasbah Bab Ourika
Kasbah Bab Ourika is a mountain retreat overlooking the Atlas foothills which will be our base for a guided outdoor experience. Both treks are easy and will be completed at a leisurely walking pace. We will divide into two groups:
Group A | Easy Trek 1
A gentle walk through Taourirte, exploring traditional salt production, visiting a local village, and returning via olive groves and cultivated fields.
Group B | Easy Trek 2
A scenic walk toward the villages of Timalizen and Tamzenderte, continuing to the river and returning through surrounding farmland.
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm | Garden Lunch at Kasbah Bab Ourika
Following the hike we will have a relaxed lunch featuring farm to table Mediterranean Moroccan cuisine, served under a shaded pergola with panoramic mountain views.
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm | Return to Marrakech
Private transfer back to the hotel, arriving in the afternoon.
7:00 pm | Meet in Hotel Lobby
Meet in the hotel lobby at 7:00 pm for a 7:15 pm departure (a short walk) to the evening experience.
7:30 pm | The Jemaa el Fna Tasting Trail
Experience a guided street food safari through Marrakech’s iconic central square. We will break into small groups for an evening featuring a curated sequence of tastings, offering an authentic journey through local flavors.
This activity is not covered by your conference fee. Please bring some dirhams for the food. Most merchants at the market do not accept Euros or credit cards.
Day 4: Marrakech Icons & Farewell Celebration
9:45 am | Meet in Hotel Lobby
Meet in the hotel lobby at 9:45 am for a 10:00 am departure.
10:00 am – 12:30 pm | The Icons: Jardin Majorelle & The Pierre Bergé Museum of Berber Art
We will visit Jardin Majorelle followed by the Pierre Bergé Museum of Berber Art, combining botanical beauty with cultural and design heritage.
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm | Lunch at La Terrasse du Jardin
Lunch at La Terrasse du Jardin, located at the Amal Center in Gueliz. The restaurant is known for its refined approach to traditional Moroccan cuisine in a welcoming setting.
3:00 pm – 4:30 pm | The Spiritual Heart: Ben Youssef Madrasa
Return to the Medina for a private guided visit to the Ben Youssef Madrasa, a historic Islamic college known for its intricate architecture and serene atmosphere.
6:45 pm | Meet in Hotel Lobby
Meet in the hotel lobby at 6:45 pm for a 7:00 pm departure for the gala dinner.

7:30 pm | Farewell Celebration Dinner at La Maison Arabe
The Spring Social concludes with a farewell celebration dinner at La Maison Arabe. Guests will dine in an atmosphere of quiet luxury, set on a tranquil patio lined with orange trees.
