Boughaleb Associés is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the relocation of its offices to a new beachfront villa. The move reflects the firm’s continued development and investment in creating an exceptional environment for clients and colleagues alike.

The firm remained active across the Aliant+ network through several crossborder matters, working with colleagues in France on partner separation agreements, debt restructuring, and business and land sale transactions. Together with NEO in Türkiye, the team also helped establish the new Türkiye Desk in Morocco, supporting Turkish businesses expanding into the Moroccan market.

ECIT Law Advokater | Norway

ECIT Law Advokater marked an exciting new chapter with the relocation of its Oslo office to new premises in one of the city’s leading business districts.

The firm remained highly active throughout the quarter, presenting on satellite communication security and encryption for the Norwegian Space Cluster, compliance and crossmobility challenges for the British Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, and public procurement issues at the Ringerike Business Forum. Team members also participated in the Norwegian Italian Business Forum in Rome.

On the client side, ECIT advised an international climate foundation on major commercial agreements and complex offtake arrangements spanning multiple jurisdictions and international arbitration frameworks. The team is also preparing an upcoming presentation focused on risk management within the space sector.

IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm was nominated as Crossborder M&A Firm of the Year, recognizing the firm’s growing reputation in international transactions and crossborder legal services.

Leonhardt & Dietl is celebrating a major milestone this year as the firm marks its 50th anniversary. To commemorate the occasion, the team published a retrospective article reflecting on five decades of legal service and the firm’s continued growth.
