Boughaleb Associés is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the relocation of its offices to a new beachfront villa. The move reflects the firm’s continued development and investment in creating an exceptional environment for clients and colleagues alike.
The firm remained active across the Aliant+ network through several crossborder matters, working with colleagues in France on partner separation agreements, debt restructuring, and business and land sale transactions. Together with NEO in Türkiye, the team also helped establish the new Türkiye Desk in Morocco, supporting Turkish businesses expanding into the Moroccan market.
ECIT Law Advokater | Norway
ECIT Law Advokater marked an exciting new chapter with the relocation of its Oslo office to new premises in one of the city’s leading business districts.
The firm remained highly active throughout the quarter, presenting on satellite communication security and encryption for the Norwegian Space Cluster, compliance and crossmobility challenges for the British Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, and public procurement issues at the Ringerike Business Forum. Team members also participated in the Norwegian Italian Business Forum in Rome.
On the client side, ECIT advised an international climate foundation on major commercial agreements and complex offtake arrangements spanning multiple jurisdictions and international arbitration frameworks. The team is also preparing an upcoming presentation focused on risk management within the space sector.
IPO Pang Shenjun | China
IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm was nominated as Crossborder M&A Firm of the Year, recognizing the firm’s growing reputation in international transactions and crossborder legal services.
The firm also remained active in crossborder advisory work involving corporate governance, joint ventures, and intellectual property matters. Looking ahead, representatives from the firm will participate in the ABA Masterclass on Asia Deal Making, contributing insights on crossborder investment and transactional work throughout the region.
Leonhardt & Dietl Abogados | Argentina
Leonhardt & Dietl is celebrating a major milestone this year as the firm marks its 50th anniversary. To commemorate the occasion, the team published a retrospective article reflecting on five decades of legal service and the firm’s continued growth.
Alongside the anniversary celebrations, the firm continued its thought leadership efforts with a publication examining real estate acquisitions by foreign investors in Argentina, which was also shared with the Aliant+ Real Estate Practice Group. A second article exploring investment opportunities across Argentina’s oil and gas, mining, and real estate sectors is currently in development.
NEO Mali Müşavirlik ve Danışmanlık | Türkiye
NEO continued to expand its international reach this quarter through the launch of a dedicated Türkiye Desk in Morocco alongside fellow Aliant+ member firm Boughaleb Associés.
The initiative is designed to support Turkish companies investing and expanding into Morocco while strengthening business ties between the two markets. The collaboration represents a practical example of how member firms are working together to create new opportunities for clients across borders.

Opportunity Financial Services continued its strong growth trajectory during the quarter while maintaining its commitment to independent ownership. The firm announced plans to pursue strategic inorganic growth opportunities alongside continued organic expansion.
The team also collaborated with Aliant+ colleagues in Italy on a corporate structuring and company incorporation matter, continuing to strengthen crossborder relationships within the network.

Seabra, Cunha, Távora e Associados continued its thought leadership efforts this quarter with the publication of the article “A Insustentável Leveza do Dano Fiscal: Constitucionalidade da Fixação do Dano por Crime Fiscal sem Prévia Liquidação Administrativa” in Cadernos de Justiça Tributária. The article examines the constitutional implications of determining damages in tax crime cases without prior administrative tax assessment, contributing to ongoing discussion of an important issue in Portuguese tax law.

Shehata & Partners continued to strengthen its international profile through a series of publications with Legal500, Chambers & Partners, and ICLG. Topics covered during the quarter included data protection and cybersecurity, investing in Egypt, employment law, fintech, and venture capital.

SPL Audit reached an important organizational milestone by becoming officially certified as a Great Place to Work®, recognizing the firm’s commitment to building a positive workplace culture.
The firm also strengthened its connections with the academic community through new collaborations with European University, CIM Cyprus Business School, and other educational institutions. Throughout the quarter, team members participated in numerous professional forums and conferences while also hosting the firm’s SPL Vision event. Community engagement remained a priority through CSR initiatives including tree planting activities and participation in local marathons.
