Driving Global Deal Flow
Focus
The Corporate PAG maintained consistent engagement throughout the year through both virtual and in person meetings, including a highly attended session in Barcelona. Conversations have focused on real issues affecting crossborder transactions and regulatory risk.
Achievement Spotlight
A recent session examining tariff disputes and related litigation involving the United States Government offered timely and practical insight into a complex crossborder issue. Regular attendance of fifteen to twenty participants has helped build a trusted core group that encourages open and productive discussion.

Managing Global Workforces with Confidence
Focus
The Labour and Employment PAG provides a practical forum for members advising on workforce matters across borders. The group is entering the coming year with clear priorities and a strong pipeline of planned discussions.

Recent sessions addressed multijurisdictional employment contracts and dispute resolution strategies. The group is also finalizing a Collaborative Services Document which outlines employment related services across member firms to ensure capabilities are clearly understood and easily shared.
