What to Expect

Get ready for an unforgettable few days in the heart of Barcelona—where business meets friendship, and collaboration happens over meals and drinks, unexpected adventures, and rooftop laughs. This is the Aliant experience, brought to life.
Wednesday, October 8
Pre-conference optional small-group dinners
Start the week with a rare chance to connect in a more relaxed setting. These optional small-group dinners at some of Barcelona’s best restaurants are thoughtfully curated to bring together a diverse group of colleagues for intimate networking. It’s a unique opportunity to sit down with peers who cannot wait to get to know you and cannot wait to start eating and drinking. (This activity is not included in the conference fee.)
Thursday, October 9
Our first day begins with engaging conference sessions and a networking lunch. In the evening, the tone shifts from formal to flavorful as we take on a spirited challenge that’s part culinary, part competitive, and all fun.
Friday, October 10
After a morning of informative sessions, we’ll recharge over lunch before stepping into a hands-on creative challenge that trades spreadsheets for spray cans (in a manner of speaking). The evening winds down with good food and even better company.
Saturday, October 11
We’ll venture outside the city to explore nearby villages and a local winery. Together, we’ll enjoy the sights, taste the flavors of the region, and connect in a relaxed setting that captures the spirit of Catalonia. With a scenic group lunch and a final evening dinner, Saturday is all about celebrating our network—and the memories we’ve made.

We’ve partnered with the elegant Gallery Hotel Barcelona—our official conference venue—to offer attendees a preferred rate on accommodations. Located in the heart of the city near the iconic Passeig de Gràcia, the hotel is surrounded by vibrant cafes, cultural landmarks, and boutique shopping, making it an ideal base to experience the best of Barcelona.
All conference sessions will take place at the Gallery Hotel, making it the most convenient option for attendees.

Unbooked rooms will be released after July 8, 2025. After this date, reservations will be subject to the hotel’s availability and standard pricing. We recommend booking early to secure your room at the group rate.
