From 1989 to 2014, he practices the accountancy and audit profession on the title of A. T. Talukder & Co. Chartered Accountants. In the year 2015 the A. T. Talukder & Co. is merged with ARTISAN Chartered Accountants and continued till December 2018. From Beginning of January 2019 the firm is again revived with A. T. Talukder & Co.  The firm has been converted into partnership under the name and style A. T. Talukder & Co. by taking a new partner, Md. Rostam Hossain, FCA. Afterward few partners retired and another new partner introduced in the year 2025 with great credential Mr. Shankar Chandra Karmaker, FCA, FCCA. The Firm is currently growth stage as in planning of introduction proposed partner Mr. Kallol Das, ACA in the year of 2026.

Apart from this, they are consultants of big commercial organization like Ha-meem Group, DESH General Insurance, Akij Group. The firm is engaged in VAT Consultancy, company formations, secretarial practices, taxation and valuation of land, building machinery. They are Tax Consultant and financial adviser of multiple companies.
